Boost Effects:
• All Quirks cards deal 30% more damage.
• Enemies fighting a team of Quirks cards start the battle afflicted with Despair.
• Whenever a Quirks card is defeated, every other Quirks card gains +20% Damage Inflicted for the rest of battle (Up to +60%).
• When a card on a team made entirely of Quirks cards Crits, this card follows up that attack and applies Despair at 10% of its value (Once per turn).
(These are Boost effects, meaning they apply without this card being in your team)
