1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how JJK Bot, the jjk.gg website, and all other products developed by itrbrina, under the nstudios brand, or with itrbrina as a developer (collectively referred to as "our services") collect, use and protect data. By using any of our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the bot

  • Your Discord user ID
  • Server IDs and channel IDs where the bot is used
  • Game data, such as your cards, recollections, teams, items, currencies, mail and progress
  • Profile details you choose to set in the game, such as a title or self-introduction
  • Command usage and other interaction data

When you sign in to jjk.gg with Discord

Signing in uses Discord's official login. We only ask Discord for your basic profile, so the site receives:
  • Your Discord user ID
  • Your username and display name
  • Your avatar

We do not receive your email address, password, server list or messages, and signing in does not let the site post or act on Discord as you.

When you buy something

Purchases are handled by Patreon or Ko-fi. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the details needed to link it to your Discord account. We never see your full card or bank details.

Collected automatically by the website

  • Standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, used for security and fixing problems
  • Wiki page view counts, used for the Popular Pages list. Only the page address is counted. Your IP address is used briefly to stop spam and is not stored with the count, and the count is never linked to your account

3. How the Website Uses Your Discord Login

  • Showing your account. The account pages show your JJK Bot cards, recollections, teams, inventory, mail, currencies and profile. The site reads this from the bot using the Discord ID from your login each time you open a page, and does not keep a separate copy.
  • Only you can see it. Your account pages always use the account you are signed in with, never an ID from the address bar, so other people cannot look up your account through them. These pages are hidden from search engines and are not stored in shared caches.
  • Actions you take. When you spin the wheel, the reward is added to your JJK Bot account. If you ask for a spin reminder, the bot will send you a Discord direct message when your next spin is ready.
  • Wiki editors. If you are a wiki editor, your Discord ID and name are saved with the tier list changes you make.

4. Cookies and Browser Storage

The website only uses cookies that are needed for signing in:
  • An encrypted session cookie that keeps you signed in until you sign out or it expires
  • Short-lived security cookies used during the Discord login to protect against forged requests

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics. Your browser's local storage may hold site preferences, such as sound settings, and a list of wiki pages already counted in the current tab. This stays on your device.

5. Message Content Tracking

6. Use of Information

Collected information is used to:
  • Run the game and deliver rewards and purchases
  • Show you your own account on the website
  • Enhance functionality and user experience

  • Prevent cheating, fraud and abuse

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it where needed to run our services:
  • Discord, which provides the login and the platform the bot runs on
  • Patreon and Ko-fi, which process purchases under their own privacy policies
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that store or process data on our behalf
  • Where we are required to by law

Anonymized data may be used to improve our services.

8. Data Protection

We protect your data using commercially acceptable means. The website is served over HTTPS, your session cookie is encrypted, and the website talks to the bot over a private, authenticated connection.

9. Data Retention

Game data is kept while you have a JJK Bot account, or until it is deleted under this policy. Your website session ends when you sign out or the session cookie expires. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

10. Your Rights and Choices

  • You can sign out of the website at any time.
  • You can remove the website's access to your Discord profile in Discord under User Settings, then Authorized Apps.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it by contacting us at the address below.
  • If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

11. Age Requirements

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country to use our services.

12. Data Deletion and Blacklisting

We reserve the right to delete your data and blacklist your account across all our services (JJK Bot, jjk.gg, and any future products created by itrbrina, under nstudios, or with itrbrina as a developer) in the following circumstances:
  • Breach of our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy
  • Requesting a refund for any purchased services or items from any of our products
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or abuse of our services
  • Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits
  • Any other activity we deem harmful to our community or services
When blacklisted, your account will be permanently banned from using all our services, and all associated data may be deleted from our systems without notice. Blacklisting applies to all current and future products under our development.

13. Multiple Account Policy

Creating multiple patron accounts to purchase items or services that are subject to a one-time purchase limit is strictly forbidden across all our services. If such activity is detected, it may result in an instant refund at our discretion, depending on the scenario, and immediate blacklisting of all associated accounts from all our products.

We may update this policy periodically. The date below shows when it last changed. Please review it regularly.
