Team rule:
• Can be placed in the fourth slot on any team; doing so disables Waterfowl Dance and The Festival of Radahn.
• Always positioned in the Frontline; performs no attacks.
Against enemies that cannot attack:
• This card may attack, activating Waterfowl Dance every 2 attacks.
Blade of MiquellaPassive
Whenever this card is attacked:
• Restore 1% of this card's Max HP; apply Rot to the attacker.
Whenever this card is hit by the same enemy 3 times:
• Perform Waterfowl Dance against that enemy: attack 4 times, each dealing 75% ATK and restoring 1% Max HP.
• The final hit applies Rot and 
Stun for 1 turn.
If the target is already afflicted with Rot:
• Each Waterfowl Dance hit instead deals 100% ATK.
StarscourgePassive
Whenever an enemy attacks:
• Launch 1 gravity star at that enemy, dealing 100% ATK and reducing their Crit Chance by 5% for the rest of battle (up to -30%).
Whenever an enemy uses an AoE attack:
• Launch 3 gravity stars instead, one at each enemy present.
After 8 gravity stars have been launched:
• Deal 350% ATK as AoE damage to all enemies; pull all enemies to the Frontline.
The Festival of RadahnPassive
Whenever Waterfowl Dance and a gravity star hit the same enemy in the same turn:
• All Rot stacks on that enemy expire simultaneously; each expiring stack bursts for 1 turn of its damage.
• If the target had 3 or more stacks, apply 
Ruptured for 3 turns.
The first time this triggers per battle:
• All enemies take 10% of their Max HP as damage.
Scarlet BloomPassive
When this card reaches 50% HP (once per battle):
• Deal 150% ATK as AoE damage to all enemies and apply Rot to all.
• Waterfowl Dance now triggers after 2 hits instead of 3.

- Goddess of Rot, Radahn, and their duo card are the only Elden Ring characters in the game, all introduced in Update 37.5 alongside "Radahn's Great Rune" and "Malenia's Great Rune" from Ranni's Questline.
