This card does not initiate attacks on its own; whenever an enemy targets or damages an ally, this card immediately follows up against that enemy; when an ally would be defeated for the first time, prevent the defeat and redirect the remaining damage to this card.

On follow-up:
• Permanently mark the target as ✍️ Inscribed (each enemy can only be marked once per battle).

While an enemy is ✍️ Inscribed:
• Deal +40% Damage Inflicted and ignore Damage Reduction against them.

If an ✍️ Inscribed enemy defeats an ally:
• Immediately follow up against that enemy as True Damage.

If an ✍️ Inscribed enemy is defeated:
• Gain +10% ATK and +10% Crit Damage for the rest of battle (stacks per Inscribed enemy defeated).
